| Shipping Fragile, breakable, or large items will be shipped by Fed-Ex or UPS. Jewelry and other small items will be shipped by US Priority Mail Service, please indicate preferred insurance value. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number where applicable. Overnight and Next Day service are available for an additional surcharge. Please email us for a shipping estimate. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. We ship Tuesday through Friday; there is no weekend or holiday shipping. If you choose to pay by personal check, we will hold your order for 10 business days before shipping it. In order to protect our customers we include insurance costs in our shipping and handling fees. Should an item we ship to you be damaged in shipping, we will file a claim with the carrier and issue a refund upon settlement of the claim. Please notify us immediately if an item is lost or damaged in shipment. Should you decide to return an item to us by carrier for reasons other than damage, you will be responsible to insure the item for its full value. We cannot issue a refund for any item lost or damaged in return shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipper for reimbursement of the purchase price of the item(s). Returns To return an item, please notify us first and indicate you reason. Upon approval of the return, please package the item securely in its original packaging and either bring it in to our store or ship it back to us. The item must be in the exact same condition it was when you purchased it, unless damage was incurred during shipment, in which case we will file an insurance claim with the carrier and issue a refund upon settlement of the claim. It is recommended that you insure items that you return by carrier as we cannot be held liable for shipping errors or damage incurred during shipment.
